Beschreibung:What you''ll be doing The Director of Advanced Training in Adult Psychiatry (DoAT) NSW Psychiatry Training Program provides clinical and professional leadership and expert advice for their specific Psychiatry subspecialty area.The DoAT reports to the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) through the Clinical Chair, NSW Psychiatry State Training Council, noting that additional reporting requirements may be required at a local level by the employer. The incumbent is responsible for facilitating the efficient and effective delivery of subspecialty psychiatry training inNSW.The incumbent must not be in possession of a role that would cause insuperable conflict of interest andprevent the execution of the delineated duties.Liaison with a number of key groups and individuals is a critical part of this role. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) information for Directors of Advanced Training ( ) as well as the information provided directly by the employer. During the selection process, candidates may be required to undergo additional assessments in determining their suitability for the role. Fellowship of RANZCP and RANZCP Certificate of Advanced Training in Adult Psychiatry with significant clinical experience in the area or membership of the relevant special interest group/section. Demonstrated experience in medical training and education and strategic clinical leadership. Demonstrated understanding of the NSW Health system as a training environment. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills. Demonstration of professional behavior and values.
