Beschreibung:Senior Accounting Officer Job purpose As Senior Accounting Officer you will handle all accounting services for Special Purpose Vehicles (''SPV''s'') which are involved in structured finance transactions such as cross-border, lease, repackaging, RMBS/ABS and other transactions. You work closely together with the Transaction Manager CMS and Director CMS of the assigned SPV''s. Key Accountabilities Set up and maintain computerized SPV administrations and/or financial Databases; Prepare (consolidated) financial statements and annual reports as well as other SPV related financial reports; Ensuring financial statements are in full compliance with international accounting standards and valuation principles; File the statutory reports to the tax and regulatory authorities; Review, test and reconcile the work and data received from third parties;Prepare audit trails and files including all supporting documents and reconciliations;Support and drive the audit process; Prepare VAT and CIT returns and handle tax-assessments;Maintain contact and liaise with investment managers, trustees, collateral administrators, banks and other involved parties in order to obtain the required information for reporting purposes, for meeting deadlines and for serving the client''s needs; Liaise with external parties such as tax advisors, auditors and authorities; Arrange for payment of (annual) fees, debtors control and collection of outstanding receivables; Handle all obligations of a transaction if applicable; Manage own portfolio in respect of planning, meeting deadlines and qualityof work; Train and mentor junior accountants; Keep updated about changes in local (relevant) legislation; Perform other duties as assigned or requested. CAPABILITIES Records their time accurately and within deadline in addition to approving time for othersUnderstands TMF Groups'' business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organisation is structured Understands and applies control and risk and governance frameworks consistently Is financially mindful of personal impact on the business Will delegate work across the team as appropriate Will share knowledge to ensure targets are met Will manage stakeholders'' expectations with regards to delivery, escalating concerns as appropriate Puts colleagues/ clients at the centre of everything they do to ensure a positive experience Situational understanding of needs of role and will find solutions/ more efficient ways of working within parameters Knowledge & Experience Financial administrative degree (ACCA, CPA, ACA or Bachelors degree) or a comparable level achieved degree exposure and experience.Experience with Capital Markets transaction. 7-9 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (Swiss Gaap, IFRS and US Gaap). Knowledge of finance, accounting and cost control principles. Demonstrating strong technical skills within the financial markets and service sector. Excellent skills in MS Excel.Experience with bookkeeping systems and reporting software. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Othercharacteristics: accurate, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
