You will act at the interface between the product management (technical, expertise) and the commercial organization and manage global LSB key accounts in consumables and closely support large deals in the regions.In addition you will support Tecan's commercial divisions to achieve sales and gross profit goals of assigned consumables products to meet targets. For more information about Tecan Consumables please visit our will include Act as a Central Point of contact for Life Science Business (LSB) consumables globally Manage business demand/forecast from the regions manage allocations of consumables for LSB and regions Manage Global LSB KAM (responsible for sales and OE FC, act as main point of contact) Support regions for new large contracts core consumables KAM Shape the consumables budget and targets together with regions and central product management/business Negotiate large contracts and maintain/execute contracts Monitor sales performance via KPI Drive business insights (comment on course of business, customer insights) Monitor pricing levels and actively shape pricing in the regions Act as the business partner to inside sales functions: coach, review business, train teams, provide support on queries Act as the interface to other functions (e.g. align with sales operation LIHA, or other functions in supply chain, marketing) Manage escalated customer issues with various functions and product management (commercial angle) Bring in new ideas and execute on it to develop the business further Participate in the yearly consumables business strategy update Manage Ad-hoc projects What you bring along Master degree or post graduate certification in Life Science (Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry preferred) MBA preferred or Business degree with strong life science affinity Proven experience in Product management / Sales / Sales Application support preferred (recurring revenues business) Negotiation skills and proven experience in execution of complex contracts, especially development/supply agreements and/or master agreements Stakeholder management ability to work and align with cross-functional teams Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders from different departments and seniority levels Strong team player with solid oral written communication skills Proactive, well organized and able to multi-task Eager to learn, explore new ideas opportunities on a day to day basis Excellent English skills are a must.
