The Finance Manager Global Consumer MAKE Profitability Management & Reporting EMEA will provide financial analysis and standardized reporting support for Make-, Quality- and SMP-organizations, reporting into the Snr. Manager Global Consumer MAKE Profitability Management & Reporting.

You will work with the Global & Regional Make Site Finance leads and your team to provide critical performance reporting and Financial forecast Mgmt review decks, including being accountable for all first level commentary.The position will be important in ensuring a compliant and accurate monthly closing process for the Regional Make/Quality/SMP team. This position will play a pivotal role in engaging and coordinating with the regional finance team and Make PSE teams to support strategy execution, to achieve financial and operational objectives.

The Finance Manager Global Consumer MAKE Profitability Management & Reporting will be responsible for ensuring the creation and dissemination of standard analytics and reporting across all SC pillars as applicable for their respective sites (MAKE, Quality, SMP) including:

As the manager of the Global Profitability Management & Reporting team, you will play a critical role in developing globally the process and calendar for the annual site Business Plan and forecast updates (JU,NU, etc.). You will coordinate and communicate planning calendar throughout the MAKE, Quality, SMP Finance organizations.

The Finance Manager Global Consumer MAKE Profitability Management & Reporting will also be responsible for ensuring on time and accurate submissions of all relevant information in the local/global ERP and Reporting systems (TM1, GRM, etc.) for the region.You will identify and implement operational improvement and standardization opportunities within the financial cycles as well as lead feedback collection process.

Actively contributes to development of a team of five Sr. Finance Analysts spread across Consumer SC manufacturing network in EMEA (virtual team). Manage the team by providing appropriate level of support depending on capability and skills of the analyst. Identify strength and development needs of the talent and prepare development plans in collaboration with the individual.
