Your experience/skills: 5+ years of work experience in clinical operations or clinical document management along with Bachelor’s or higher degree Proven performance history in leading change management and communication for complex projects and programs Knowhow of clinical development process, regulatory requirements, Trial Master File and Good Clinical Practice Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and in a global cross-functional multicultural team Strong knowledge of email systems & distribution lists, particularly in the Office 365 ecosystem as well as readiness to acquire news systems readily Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken Your tasks: Identifying communication and engagement needs, defining objectives, developing an effective communication, measuring its effectiveness and collecting feedback regarding this Identifying needs for different Line Functions taking into consideration level of adoption and familiarity with the TMF systems and processes Performing stakeholder mapping, changing impact assessment and building comprehensive change management plan Developing and executing communication strategy in collaboration with other change management teams and line function representatives Serving as a liaison between process end-users and eDMS / TMF Governance and Management teams to drive user needs assessment workshops, technical solution discussions and implementation plan Promoting best documentation practice to line functions to ensure that documents created/generated in the course of clinical research are managed and archived in accordance with GCP guidelines Ref.Nr.: BH16743 Does this spark your interest?
