Beschreibung:What you''ll be doing The Clinical Governance Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing advanced strategic and operational expertise and support, to the Director Safety and Quality, WSLHD and team on safety and quality key priorities within the WSLHD. The position is a key support positon in the WSLHD Clinical Governance Team in undertaking , monitoring and achieving key priorities aimed at improving the operational efficiency, performance effectiveness, patient safety, quality and experience within WSLHD. The position is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of key deliverables, aligned with projects undertaken by Clinical Governance and WSLHD. The position works closely with facility, service and district patient safety, quality and experience leads to ensure a collaborative approach to the application of key strategic safety, quality and experience priorities. Selection Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or relevant experience in a complex health environment. Demonstrated excellence in leadership, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with Executives, senior managers, internal and external stakeholders and provide comprehensive reports including ministerial briefing notes and other formal correspondence. Demonstrated experience in high level analysis, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of complex issues, problem solving skills and understanding of evaluation techniques, including data use, research methodology and program evaluation Demonstrated excellent analytic and research skills, with an ability to exercise discretion in the use of sensitive information,analyse complex data and produce reports to identify and suggest business improvements, where needed Demonstrated high level computer skills, including related experience in clinical systems The ability to work as part of a team within a busy environment, with capacity to problem solve, organise and manage competing priorities, while meeting deadlines The ability to interpret, monitor and evaluate safety, quality and patient experience systems to assist the development and implementation of business plans and briefs.
