We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), better with a strong knowledge of unconventional markets (adult entertainment, gambling, smoke, alcoholic, etc.) to join our marketing team. As CMO, you will be in charge of developing the marketing and growth strategy and coordinate digital advertising, SEO, PR strategy and Global marketing. He will plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.) . The ideal candidate is an open-minded individual who is able to think and work "out of the box" in a peculiar and unusual challenging industry. The person must be a highly motivated and self-reliant individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills . You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.
The ideal candidate is a Senior Professional who has already proven her or himself in being a key player in a digital service (such as an app, a marketplace, a service provider).
The successful candidate:
Set marketing goals and objectives;
Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy;
Review and manage content marketing strategy;
Determine KPIs for marketing department;
Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports;
Keep the marketing budget in check;
Work with sales and development and customer success team;
Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals;
Be determined and able to create the best marketing plans to promote our digital platform;
Create content, marketing and lead generation campaigns;
Increase visits to the company website;
Have deep understanding of changing market dynamics;
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy;
Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions;
Analyze company’s marketing strategy and suggestion improvements;
Stay up to date with the latest digital platform;
Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns;
Superb analytical skills;
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).
CMO have approximately more than 10 years of well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility with a focus on marketing expansion - as well as experience in a leadership role.
Professional experience in marketing strategies, web advertising and e-commerce processes. The main experience must have been carried out for a Digital platform in a Digital Company.
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Alexa, HubSpot, Webtrends, SalesForce, etc.
In-depth knowledge of big data analysis.
Regulary produce and present reports.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional knowledge of the most important digital marketing platforms .
MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field.
Addition marketing certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal), Spanish and German will be a plus.
Permanent employment contract according to Swiss Law (equal to 40 hours per week).
