Your tasks
  • You will work on challenging and fast-paced digital transformation programs​.
  • You will work in an agile project environment.
  • You will consult our clients on end-to-end digital transformation, evaluating existing clients' business processes, support evaluating solution approaches and support designing implementations​.
  • You will consult our clients on the ideal data management strategies and will assess clients' existing data maturity combining technical and business insights.
  • You will support clients building their future Data Governance organization.
  • You will be part of a growing, dynamic team combining data management skills and industry expertise.​
    • Your profile
  • You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) in business, IT, engineering or business information systems or digital discipline and at least 5 years of experience in data management consulting​ ​preferably in pharma, life sciences, manufacturing/industrial products, chemicals, FMCG or NGOs.
  • You have strong knowledge in applications and tools ( SAP, Salesforce, data analytics tools such as Alteryx etc.) and a profound understanding of related business processes playing a leading role in a large transformation program ideally combined with agile/SAFe experience​.
  • You have strong knowledge in data management, data governance, data strategy or data migration.
  • You have a good understanding on how advanced digital technologies create value and depend on a solid data foundation (e.g artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, robotics, data privacy)​.
  • You have gained experience with IT and data architecture. ​
  • You are fluent in English (both spoken and written). German or French is a plus​.
