Role Description:

  • Supporting the Information Security Delivery Lead / Account Information Security Officer Lead in all aspects of information security (delivery, design, transition and improvement)
  • Improvement, monitoring and reporting of the exiting ISMS
  • Assessment and managing of information security related risks
  • Implementation, monitoring and reporting of information security related metrics
  • Supporting of ISO27001, ISAE-3000/3402 and FINMA audits
  • Managing of information security incidents
  • Advise of information security topics (Project Teams, Service Delivery, etc.)
  • Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of the contracted information security services/solutions to client and communicate client security needs to account teams
  • Create, maintain and/or provide information security governance
  • Represent information security in account related matters, which includes leading the security delivery teams
  • Contextualize the outputs of information security service tooling and processes to make those outputs meaningful to the client and enable discussions about related courses of action
  • Ensure that contracted information security related outcomes are achieved (incl. Service Levels, KPI’s, etc.), working in concert with other account and delivery functions
  • Provide and update required regular and ad hoc information security related reporting
  • Manage security incidents, including engaging wider DXC processes and organizations as required
  • Ensure problem resolution and escalation management of security incidents in close cooperation with service management and the delivery organization
  • Maintain security-related risk register, including mitigation plans and risk acceptances in risk repository
  • Identify information security sales opportunities
  • Ensure resources providing services to account are maintained in accordance to Information security policies
  • Evaluate and implement service, productivity and cost improvements plans
  • Support DXC organization in driving and implementing continuous innovation to the client
  • Provide input for the offering roadmap
  • Ensure compliance and maximum use of standard DXC products and tools in close collaboration with audit, delivery, solutioning and sales support
  • Supporting the Information Security Delivery Lead in all aspects of financial management (incl. Revenue, Costs, etc.)
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Work location Switzerland
  • Fluent in German and English (Customer interaction in German)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience in information security disciplines
  • Good knowledge of ITIL (Design, Transition and Operation)
  • Affinity for information security challenges
  • Good knowledge of information security policies and control objectives
  • Basis knowledge of access management, compliance monitoring and reporting, anti malware/virus protection, perimeter security, vulnerability management & system hardening
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills for resolving security issues
  • Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Other Qualifications (nice to have):

  • Swiss banking regulation requirements
  • CAS-IS (Certificate of advanced studies in Information Security)
  • Security certification such as CISM, CISSP, etc.
  • PKI knowledge
  • Business continuity management, disaster recovery tests
