Lead commercial manufacturing team and worldwide activities;Create and manage a long-term road-map for the new cell therapy business in term of manufacturing and supply chain activities;Prioritise key projects and investments encompassing physical product enhancements, process and method technical changes, sourcing and scale up, launches, robustness/quality and productivity projects;Set up goals for manufacturing programs and align it with operational plans involving key functions;Collaborate and align with program manager to track and manage program-specific deliverable;Anticipate future industry trends and keep abreast with a strong knowledge of manufacturing, development, and supply;Track opportunities for improvement in manufacturing;Define and plan technology transfer with validations teams worldwide;Assist with deviations and change controls;Able to coordinate QA/QC related activities in order for commercial product to be compliant with every local regulation.Master or Advanced degree in science and/or engineering (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related sciences);At least 10 years of extensive experience and demonstrated leadership in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management;Large experience in cell and gene therapies business, ideally in Commercial Manufacturing;Solid understanding of EU; Asian key countries and USA regulatory framework;Demonstrate an open, supportive, team-oriented style with the ability to influence key audience both inside and outside the company;Hands-on leader who is highly adept at building cross-functional relationships in a Global/international environment.Permanent position
