You will have all the assistance you need to bring your clients with you and attain that USD 50m book, after which you will have all the freedom and independence to manage your business and time as you see fit.Essential SkillsFull professional proficiency in English.Minimum 10 years'' experience in advising high net worth clients as a Relationship Manager at a private bank, fiduciary service company or as an independent financial planner.CFP, CWMA (Swiss), Level 4 (UK) or equivalent financial planning qualification with a recognised industry body.Entrepreneurial by nature, eager to build your own practice.Strong client relationship skills and a proactive and self-starting approach.The authority and gravitas to be a trusted adviser to your clients.The clarity that your future lies in running and building a successful financial planning and asset management practice.A realistic plan to transfer a minimum USD 50m book of HNW discretionary managed clients or build your existing client book to this level and beyond.
