Technical coordinator

For one of our clients, specialized in diagnostic systems solutions for clinics and laboratories we are looking for a technical coordinator with experience in project management.

This is a contracting position starting in March until the end of the year with extension possibilities.

Responsibilities:

Operation
* st and nd Level Technical Support with Key User Support Model
* Manage rd Level Support with int/ext Partners
* Checkups before and Event Support (physical presence) during sessions with external customers
* Documentation (as closing of initial project and as continuous task)
Maintenance
* Preventive maintenance: upgrades
* Lifecycle of Devices / SW / Infrastructure
Enhancements
* Implementation of technical devices
* Technical interfaces
* Integration of Multimedia
* Organizational interfaces to Facility Management, GIS, DIA IT departments, business IT, external vendors
Management Tasks
* Vendor Management: Maintenance- and Support-Contracts, Service Level Monitoring
* Documentation (overview on all technical devices, interfaces, connections, software)
* Stakeholder Management: stipulation of SLAs, communication, meetings, reports, presentations
* Requirement Engineering
* Business Analysis
* Project coordination and support
* Risk Management
* Training of key users, hosts, speakers, stakeholder
