The Position :

You will report directly to the Business Area Leader IDT, (Identification Technologies) and indirectly to the SVP, HR and support executive level leaders and their teams.

We are looking for a Senior HRBP who thrives on providing people-centric solutions to solve business challenges. You are a strategic advisor; as such, you are prepared to counsel on everything from strategic organizational design, workforce planning, acquisition integration, to change leadership during times of transition. You have a passion for building relationships and understand the complex challenges leaders face in a dynamic, changing business environment.

You are an HR subject matter expert and are adept at defining programs, implementing strategic policies, and choosing evaluation criteria to measure your results against the goals of the HR team and the business.

In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the head of the IDT Business Area and the leadership team driving the people strategy spanning over 1300 employees globally.

You will also closely partner with the Head of HR as a member of the HR leadership team, to co-create and support execution of the company wide people strategy.

What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a top-talented person with 7 + years of progressive HR experience and Master of coaching working in an organization of high growth and global complexity. The ideal candidate will be able to work across a matrix organization and be able to navigate through ambiguity and constant change and lead extensive integration work coordination across the IDT organisation including also many Operation sites.

You get stuff done…fast and smart yet making sure that your key stakeholders are with you. You like to take initiative. You enjoy working with a diverse group of opinionated people who work together to reach a common goal. You can understand and align new initiatives to company strategy. You listen extremely well to uncover business requirements that will help define your programs. You develop relevant and compelling strategies which you can easily translate into actionable plans.

You work well with others. You know the nuances of when to let others speak, and when/how to insert yourself-without ego-and always remain focused on identifying and solving the business problems at hand. You understand that influencing requires winning both hearts and minds.

You also have experience working at all levels of the company, up to executive leadership. You know how to tap into your network and marshal resources to accomplish your goals.

You meet the organization where it is but aren't afraid to challenge the way things are done. You have a knack for looking at things from new or different perspectives. You are willing to challenge how things are done and take the best of the past to build something new and better for the future.
