What you'll be doing


The position will respond to service requests via telephone; email, fax and mail and work to identify and implement an outcome to the satisfaction of the referrer or client and complete the encounter requirements

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in word processing and accuracy in data entry, computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and Patient Information Systems
