To undertake the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital (Randwick Campus) and Royal Hospital for Women ensuring the provision of a high quality service according to accepted standards and practices and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients. Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing.

Full registration or eligible for full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice

Demonstrated relevant clinical pharmacy experience (including experience in a hospital environment) and a range of clinical knowledge

Demonstrated good interpersonal skill

Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills including clinical documentation skills and patient counselling skills

Demonstrated commitment to develop and improve skills relevant to current practice including evidence of self-directed learning/ continuing education

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Proven attention to detail and accuracy in undergoing all tasks
