This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.

The Client Data and Knowledge coordinator will help the Director to manage team & community. His/her role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also with team members of other teams such as Digital and technology. He/her will also take part of client data management projects for the Maison.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Team coordination & Budget

-Prepare our monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, consolidate presentations, distributing the Q&A afterwards

-Prepare all team meetings with Management and within the team

-Act as the point of contact for CDK team for the budget

-Assist to realize the estimated budget

-Ensure the follow-up and enhance the current tool

Client Data Collection projects support

-Support data management project managers in documentation / set up phase

-Prepare content before presentation meetings, organize meetings (sending invitations, check attendance, etc.), prepare minutes following meetings and monitor next steps achievements

-Collect and consolidate Business requirements from Cartier markets

-Perform planning of rollout phases in different markets regarding any project

-Update training documentation

PROFILE:

-Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field

-1 or 2 years’ experience in data management with International exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication

-Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus

-Knowledge of "Client" and/or "CRM" strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset

-Experience in data management project (from business requirements gathering to test and training)

-Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills

-Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)

-Previous exposure to project management

-Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus

-Good communication, collaboration and organizational and synthesis skills

-Flexibility and independent working style

-Languages: Fluent in both English & French
