Your tasks

  • Sustainability reporting:
  • Manage, coordinate and create annual sustainabilityrelevant publications, e.g. Sustainability Report, CDP and various ESGreports, etc.
  • Lead the implementation of the identified improvements as defined in the GF's ESG Plan
  • Development of measures to improve the reporting and information gathering process effectively and efficiently
  • Collection of content across GF divisions for internaland external sustainability-related publications, e.g. internal News and editing of the Sustainability Report and success stories
  • Coordinate and manage the external assurance process with assurance provider and selected corporate sites
  • Support internal and external communication:
  • Implement the sustainability communication strategy for the Sustainability Framework 2025 to ensure corporation-wideimplementation
  • Drive the implementation of the developed strategy together with corporate and divisions communication and sustainability teams
  • Deep-dive into investor's ESG ratings and otherframeworks, such as TCFD, EU taxonomy, to support GF's sustainabilityjourney and identify improvement potentials
  • Your profile

  • Previous experience in ESG assessments obtained from aleading ESG rating agency and now having the ambition to implement theGF ESG Plan at a multi-national company
  • Additionally, 3 - 5 years professional sustainability experience ideally in a corporate environment
  • Professional background in sustainability Expert in sustainability reporting frameworks
  • Interest in and strong passion for sustainability topics
  • Strong communication skills, structured and independent working style
  • Editorial skills in compiling sustainability reports which includes writing of success stories
  • Excellent command of English and German (spoken and written)
