In the course of your varied and interesting role, you will be responsible for the development of the sample collection as well as for the arrangement and handling of procurement contracts for outer fabrics. You will monitor the complete and on-time delivery of outer fabrics to supply the various international production locations, ensure compliance with the agreed delivery conditions and always maintain close contact with the suppliers. In addition, you will take care to ensure the high quality of the outer fabrics, define quality assurance measures and be responsible for entering and maintaining master data in SAP. The final elements of your varied job profile comprise making available the materials for the preparation of sales documents, checking invoices and cooperating closely with Product Management, Production Planning and the test laboratory.
Required experience and skills:

successfully completed degree in textile or clothing technology or appropriate commercial apprenticeship

relevant professional experience in the purchasing or procurement of textile components and/or outer fabrics

good command of German and, preferably, Italian

profound IT skills, especially in MS Excel and ideally in SAP R/3

a strong focus on customer service and the ability to assert yourself

able to work independently, motivated and dependable

team player with a well-developed talent for communication and organisation

passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
