The Pharmacy Store Team Lead is responsible for the coordination and management of staffing and operations of the Pharmacy Store to facilitate delivery of quality, cost effective services and the achievement of business and service objectives. Extensive experience in procurement and quality assurance activities, including inventory management, of pharmaceuticals or equivalent in a complex hospital/store setting. Demonstrated ability to perform a range of management and administrative tasks, monitoring and managing work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, staff supervision and management skills, including ability to mentor, motivate and inspire ongoing development of staff. Demonstrated ability to perform high level organisational and time management skills including ability to problem solve and determine priorities in an environment with competing demands. Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail and accuracy in undertaking all tasks. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated excellent computer skills including experience in the use of stock management and ordering systems and Microsoft Office applications.
