Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring the HRD is kept updated throughout the process.
Coordinating with benefits providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
Communicating benefits information to employees and handling queries, regularly reviewing and suggesting improvements to benefits programs.
Providing reports on benefits usage and trends to management.
Provide accurate payroll information, encompassing starters, leavers, maternity, promotions, transfers, flex benefit selection etc. in line with Payroll deadlines.
Respond to employee queries on any matters to do with Benefits and Payroll
Managing employee benefits programs.

Able to operate within a multi site environment
International payroll experience (desirable, not essential)
Knowledge of benefits administration and related legal requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
