GPS is PDT's global commercial strategy unit. We develop commercial strategies for inline and pipeline asset across Immunology, Hematology and Specialty Care.

As part of the ecosystem, PDT will launch innovative devices to improve the patients' experience.

The Global Brand Lead (GBL) will be responsible for driving the execution excellence for our new and innovative programs to improve the delivery quality of plasma-derived therapies, optimized for patients, including elements of transofrmational device
- related innovation for MedTech, diagnostic tools and elements of digital connectivity. The GBL drives the execution of the strategy of the overarching global program to maximize the value of a holistic therapy ecosystem to patients, Takeda, and all other stakeholders. The GBL is responsible for all development activities and cross-divisional collaboration associated with the devices' program from concept generation, pre-launch readiness, commercialization & post-marketing activities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead the creation of the Devices' program campaigns and the crossdivisional/functional plans for all projects associated with the program to maximize value and to realize Takeda's overall vision
Establish longrange projections and goals for the overall program to provide leadership and vision for the global regulatory submissions and approvals to achieve successful commercialization and maximize value for new products.
Support the Devices GCL in clearly communicating the opportunity for Takeda, where we will 'play' in the market, and in defining the strategy we will employ to win
Proactively respond to the dynamics of a changing competitive environment; advise on adjustments in functional or crossdivisional plans in response to changes in strategic direction.
Support the regions/LOCs in the execution of Devices' program & launch excellence
Prioritize all aspects of projects within the global program to ensure alignment of all parts of the holistic ecosystem to the Therapeutic Area strategy
Provide feedback to the GPTs and Takeda functions in the successful delivery of all project workstreams from concept generation to commercialization
Lead the launch activities including planning towards milestones, patient journeys, market
Researches, global campaigns' finalization, launch monitoring & setting post launch KPIs

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

BSc in pharmacy, science, business, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
10+ years of business experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and or healthcare businesstobusiness or consultancy originations with experience in Global and/or International Markets.
Solid understanding and/or experience in the commercialization/launches of devices is preferred
Knowledge of analytics, technology, brand and financial operations
Excellent project and process management as well as strategic agility
Broad and deep knowledge of key pharmaceutical functions solid understanding of global drug development, regulatory and commercialization processes
Experience operating in a matrix environment
PDT and/or Rare Disease experience is preferred
Proven stakeholder management and engagement at all levels of the organisation
