PLS Commercial Operations Manager

Do you want a highly impactful role within a team that is growing fast? As part of the Private Label Solutions team within E4B, you'll be working on the rollout and growth of strategic supply initiatives for our B2B distribution partners.

The Commercial Operations Manager will be involved in optimizing all inventory contracted, run, or ingested by E4B Supply Partners and consumed by E4B Demand Partners, with a strong focus on Optimized Distribution and Vacation Rental inventory.

This position will report to the Senior Manager, Business Programs. The position will be based in London, Geneva or Madrid. Relocation is not available.


What you'll do:


  • Lead the operationalization of strategic supply initiatives. Acquire consensus & commitment from key partners and various teams involved in execution, own the execution with relevant stakeholders
  • Evaluate and size specific distribution requests from our Supply partners, working closely with our Commercial, Supply Access & Compliance, Finance and Product teams
  • Support Commercial teams in driving B2B rate utilization, equip them will all relevant resources + identify new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Work with Growth & Product Marketing to launch B2B optimization initiatives and ensure they are aligned with sales team objectives. Measure impact and socialize learnings / outcomes
  • Identify, frame and prioritize new execution opportunities in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant parties across multiple parts of EG
  • Promote an environment where teamwork (both within the team and across the organization), open communication, engagement, continuous improvement and diversity of thought are not only maintained but constantly improved
  • Other reasonable duties, as assigned

Who you are:


  • 5+ years' experience in strategy consulting and / or similar role in a leading technology company; MBA a plus
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, craft and implement bold goals
  • Resultsoriented, appetite for driving business impact
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Able to work effectively in a complex, diverse, changing environment. Adapts well and is energized by change
  • Works to understand both internal and external stakeholder needs and develops plans to meet them
  • Strong teammate, ability to act as one team
