- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des S&OP-Prozesses
- Direkte Leitung eines Teams von zwei Mitarbeitern
- Subject Matter Expert und Ansprechperson für S&OP für interne Ansprechpartner
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Absatzplanung
- Organisation und Durchführung verschiedener Meetings im Rahmen des S&OP-Prozesses
- Verbesserung der Genauigkeit und Ausrichtung der Prognosen
- Verantwortung für das Demand Planning Software-Modul
- Integration der Demand Planning Prozesse im Rahmen SAP S4 Hana Projekt
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder entsprechende Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management / Supply Chain Planung
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Demand Planner, vorzugsweise im FMCG-Sektor oder ähnlich
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Sales & Operations Planning
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel
- Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und/oder Planning Software
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
