- Education: Completed professional training (CFC)
- Work experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in Italian cuisine, mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Service-oriented, communicative personality with leadership skills
- Basic computer skills (orders, etc.)
- French (excellent knowledge)
