Your Role and Responsibility
- Support of project management and subproject management.
- Execution of various planning, coordination, recording and information tasks.
- Preparation (organization, preparation of presentations), support (taking of minutes) and followup (sending documents) of meetings.
- Preparation of project reports and decisionmaking documents (e.g. minutes).
- Setup, supervision, maintenance and responsibility of the central document management and the pending list.
- Support of the information flow in the project organization and the project environment.
- Support of the procurement department in the procurement process.
- Preparation and condensation of necessary project information.
- Organization of project meetings.
- Ensuring the access management.
- Further activities according to the requirements of the project management.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
- Certification HERMES 5 Foundation.
- IPMA Level D.
