We have now an exciting opportunity for a new
Parts Coordinator to join our 2-Stroke Engine business in our
Frauenfeld, Switzerland offices on a permanent basis.


What will you be doing
As Parts Coordinator, you will support us in delivering our high-quality products to a first-class customer base.

This role is a vital function to our successful delivery where you will be responsible for processing spare parts orders that come directly from the customer to the Aftersales team.

You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in delivering a professional and efficient response working in a structured manner to satisfy customer orders.

As a
Parts Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non
  • conformities.
  • Support Project and Contract Management by taking responsibility for daily customer interactions.
  • Act as a link between the customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
  • Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders.
  • Actively follow up quotes with customers before they expire providing feedback to sales teams and support with followups on the order book with the sales team.
  • Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.
  • Follow up and communicate parts delivery information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
  • Follow up with the supply chain of parts deliveries according to the agreed process.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customerspecific solutions and needs.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience in customer service, both internal and external.
  • Parts coordinationrelated experience would be considered advantageous.
  • The ability to work as part of an effective team and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • A solutionorientated mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.
  • IT proficient, particularly within Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with SAP is essential.
