Your field of responsibility


This is a great opportunity to join the Cost Transformation Office within the Cost Transformation Program, a high profile and critical team working across all business areas and driving the transformation of Credit Suisse's cost base.

You will be facing a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of flexibility, delivery on tight deadlines as well as high expectations with regards to quality of the work delivered.

Your responsibilities will consist of preparing meeting documents for senior mgmt.

meetings, collecting and collating inputs from various team members and stakeholders as well as supporting with tracking of initiative status and reporting progress.

Further, you will take ownership of selected business management topics and ad-hoc tasks for the Cost Transformation Program.

The direct team consist in 4-5 people and wider team - approx. 30 with daily interactions, mostly Zurich-based.

Your skills and experience

This role would require:

  • Proven work experience, preferably as consultant, business analyst, PMO or business manager
  • Experience consolidating large amounts of information and data
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint skills make the most of presentations
  • Solid MS Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and convincingly in verbal and written form and build relationships across the organization
  • Highly motivated individual capable of working independently
  • Quick to grasp concepts and connecting the dots
  • Proven ability to manage and work well under pressure
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
