Your field of responsibility


You will join the Trust Management Office, a very committed team within Credit Suisse Trust (CST) that manages and coordinates a wide range of business activities across our international Trust Centers in Singapore, Guernsey, the Bahamas and Liechtenstein.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Trust Management Office and working closely with Senior Management, this position offers you an ideal platform to further extend your project and business management experience in a very international and dynamic environment.

In addition to managing and supporting key initiatives, you will also perform business analysis, manage/monitor key performance indicators/controls and act as interface between management and business functions across all our locations.

We are looking for a motivated colleague who will support us in covering the daily business but as well contribute to the implementation of the strategic plans for Credit Suisse Trust.

You will be part of a very international and highly motivated team that is primarily based in Zurich, with additional team members working out of Singapore and Guernsey.

This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.


Your skills and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our Trust Management Office Team

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least3 years' experience in a Project or Business Management role with a proven track record in managing initiatives and projects
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry and its regulatory environment; trust knowhow is strongly preferred
  • You have experience in dealing with compliance and risk control within the financial services sector
  • Excellent analyticalconceptual skills, a structured and focused way of working
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to easily collaborate with partners on different hierarchy levels
  • Dedicated problem solver able to generate creative solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (verbally and written), any additional language skills are an advantage
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
