    Position Overview: The Head of Finance - International Markets will oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Reporting to the CFO of Ascom Group, this role is responsible for financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning for our entities in Italy, Belgium, Finland, Australia, and Malaysia.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial and controlling oversight for designated international markets
  • Financial analysis and reporting for Ascom's global OEM business
  • Representation to auditors and tax authorities
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial information and compliance with legal requirements
  • Coordination of financial statements, reports, and internal control safeguards
  • Main Tasks:

  • Compliance with reporting requirements
  • Financial performance evaluation and analysis
  • Oversight of revenue, expenditure, and account maintenance
  • Consultative support for planning initiatives
  • Ensuring record systems comply with Swiss GAAP FER and local auditing standards
  • Required Skills:

  • Cash management and corporate finance expertise

  • Team management and building capabilities
  • Required Experience and Education:

  • MSc or BA in Finance & Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of international Financial Controlling experience
  • Proficiency in ERP tools, MIS, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in managing remote teams
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Experience in the IT/Software industry and healthcare technology is preferred
