We are CG24 Group:

the leading FinTech start-up in the field of marketplace lending in Zurich on its way to becoming the European marketplace lending and private debt leader.

We finance SMEs, private individuals and professional real estate companies via our crowdlending platform. We offer innovative investment opportunities to private individuals and institutional investors.

Our team currently consists of around 40 visionary people, with over 10 nationalities, from a wide range of backgrounds.

Your main tasks:


  • You define and manage the growth strategies across all business units (private credit, business credit, real estate and investor solutions)
  • You create and manage performance measurement across marketing, sales and customer engagement activities
  • You take ownership of the corporate and product communications strategies
  • You establish a hands on understanding of various tools and channels used by CG24 and improve this toolset continuously
  • You work closely together with the COO and the management to build a growth focused marketing & communications team that is able to deliver on CG24's ambitious targets

Your skillset:


  • You have the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and you identify essential components followed by developing relevant strategies and testable marketing/sales plans and activities
  • You possess a product and customer centric mindset while being results driven
  • You are not shy to speak directly with our customers
  • You have a strong understanding of copywriting and the effective use of language and message structure in customer communications and marketing/sales campaigns
  • Your understanding of website optimisation to increase UX and customer conversion is strong
  • You easily guide designers in creating aesthetically pleasing visual displays for print and online media in line with the company's communication guidelines
  • You are able to create visual advertisements for social media and other online channels (e.g. knowledge of Canva).
  • You enjoy using your excellent and proficient language skills in German and English on a daily basis, which underline your technical abilities; other languages, especially French and Italian, are an advantage
  • You possess handson knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Analytics or similar
  • You are experienced with print media, press releases and corporate communications topics, TV/Radio advertisement is a plus
  • You preferably have some experience in planning and organising events
  • Optional but helpful: You know and have experience with Google Suite and its functionalities
