Key Responsibilities:

Encyclopedia Coordination
Manage European tool from market products' insertion quality to portfolios update and followup
Guardian of Operating rules and Olfactive / Marketing content quality
Encyclopedia Transformation
Be part of the team who is going to leverage the tool to the next level
Super User
Evaluation Support Team Management
Manage a team of 7 Evaluation Assistants at Geneva head office + cowork with European affiliates
Guarantee best practices, protocols accuracy, materials availability & renewal, excellent working conditions for accuracy of evaluations
Reassure evaluation agenda is well managed to serve all Development community
Market Products stock accurate maintenance & control
Lean Management
Continuous improvement mindset

You bring:

BSc or MSc in Administration/ Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
25 years of relevant people management experience and/or proven Leadership project management experience
Digital ability to deal with different systems (excel, internal tools: Encyclopedia databank, SAP, Canopy, Class, etc)
Olfactive knowledge or Perfumery industry experience is an asset
Thorough interpersonal skills such as pragmatism, strong accuracy with data management, leadership skills (including taking initiative and being proactive)
Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organisation
Fluent in French and English (C1)
