Tasks
From July 1, 2026 and for a minimum of 8 - maximum of 12 months, the following tasks are part of the university internship:
- Supporting the HR team in administrative and organizational matters throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Active involvement in application management, from job advertisements to applicant contact management to interview & assessment support
- Collaboration in various projects and independent assumption of sub-projects (e.g. in the areas of onboarding, talent management and health management)
- Participation in the further development, support and digitalization of existing HR processes

Requirements

- Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or social sciences with an interest in human resources
- Initial experience in the working world is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, communicative and proactive
- Organizational talent, structured, independent and reliable
- Very good knowledge of German and English for internal and external communication
- Good IT skills (especially Office applications)
