- Avec votre équipe, vous êtes responsable de la garantie de la disponibilité des systèmes de télécommunications sécurisées des organisations de feu bleu en Suisse.
- Dans cette fonction intéressante, vous assurez l'exploitation et la maintenance des systèmes informatiques et de télécommunication en étroite collaboration
- avec le développement et l'équipe de projet.
- Vous travaillerez sur le coeur du système Tetrapol en passant par sa validation, sa mise en service et sa maintenance. Vous serez également amené à travailler sur les centrales d'engagement.
- En tant que formateur, vous êtes responsable de la formation de nos clients et partenaires commerciaux sur la base des documents de formation déjà disponibles ou que vous avez créés.
- Vous disposez d'une très bonne formation en électrotechnique ou informatique, par exemple en tant qu'ingénieur (HES/EPF) ou d'une qualification équivalente
- Vous avez un intérêt pour la formation continue dans des thèmes actuels.
- Vous souhaitez suivre l'ensemble du processus qui va de la validation d'un produit à son installation chez le client ainsi qu'à sa maintenance.
- Vous disposez d'expérience de plusieurs années en tant que formateur (dans le domaine technique) et des certifications correspondantes.
- Vous avez le sens de la conception et de la structure des textes et des supports de formation.
- Bonnes connaissances en Linux/Windows, ainsi que de l'intérêt pour les technologies de virtualisation (VMware / ESXi).
- Connaissances approfondies en matière d'IP et vous pouvez présenter les certifications correspondantes.
- Connaissances en cybersécurité.
- Connaissances dans le domaine de Tetrapol, Tetra ou d'autres technologies radio PMR est un atout.
- Très bonne connaissance des applications courantes MS-Office.
- Compétences pour l'élaboration de documents de formation.
- Capacité à comprendre des sujets techniques complexes.
- Excellent sens de la communication et du travail en équipe.
- D'un très bon esprit d'équipe pour intégrer un team soudé et dynamique.
- Vous aimez voyager en Suisse (40%) pour la mise en service de solutions ou du support chez le client.
- Etant donné que vous travaillerez sur des projets dans l'environnement des organisations à feux bleus, un extrait de casier judiciaire irréprochable ainsi
- qu'un domicile en Suisse sont indispensables ; vous devez également remplir les conditions pour le contrôle de sécurité des personnes (PSP) du DDPS.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit et vous vous exprimez en outre très bien en anglais.
