As a member of the Enterprise Architecture, you will act as the Domain Architect for our global portfolio management systems (Temenos Triple'A).

As such, you will be part of the leadership of our Agile Release Train for Portfolio Management systems.

You will work closely with the Program Manager, Release Train Engineer, the other architects, and the SCRUM teams to drive the delivery of the roadmap for the journey ahead of us, to enable further digital services and offerings to our clients.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

You have an oversight on programs in your domain and ensure that they are compliant with architectural standards, policies, and guidelines
You define and communicate the technical and architectural vision, define the architectural runway, and define guardrails for the SCRUM teams in your Agile Release Train
You partner with your business peers and develop together a vision, business models and key capabilities in the context of the entire bank
You understand the trends and drivers in the financial industry, markets & technology and propose innovative and sound solutions to your business partner
You help business leaders and their teams to understand the potential options, their implications on business, operational setup & technology and support their investment decisions
You are a change agent who drives the evolution of the capabilities & products in close collaboration with business stakeholders and assure its implementation
You facilitate the digital transformation and roll out of global solutions finding the right balance on scalability and local adoption
You connect the dots by having a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and technology assets and translate business requirements into solutions

YOUR PROFILE:

At least three years of experience in an architectural role within financial industry or consulting with banking / insurance focus
Very good understanding of Temenos Triple A, preferably with past responsibility for architecture and design in a previous project
Experience with Triple'A integration technologies (e.g. TASC on TSL, or OData)
At least three years of experience as web software developer (e.g. Java,.Net, Java Script, React, Angular, relational databases)
Sound understanding of portfolio management in the context of an international wealth management company
Knowledge and curiosity in current technologies, IT Trends, and financial market developments
Strong personal drive with good organizational skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at various locations (Switzerland, Singapore, and Luxembourg)
Experience with agile projects/programs (SAFe certification is an advantage)
Good understanding of Kubernetes and other cloud technologies
