- Actively manage human resources and skills to ensure order fulfilment.
- Take an active role in the training and development needs of staff and the department
Profile:
- Completed technical professional training
- 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with extensive knowledge in operational activities
- Leadership experience
- Willingness to work in two shifts
- Solid Communication skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Independent, precise, and responsible work
- Openminded, dedicated team player
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness
- User knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Lean Methodology
- Solid in MS office and SAP
- English Level B2 & German as a first language (Or min C1 certified)
