80-100% / Zürich (50% travel)As a Service Technician at Zippsafe, you will join our international Order Management & After Sales team playing a pivotal role in ensuring successful installations.

Working closely with our cross-functional teams, customers, and colleagues, you will manage the installations and plan, communicate, and coordinate the logistics and customs-related tasks.

• Ensure installations (plan, communicate, and coordinate from quote signed till goods transfer
• Handling logistics and customs (export/import) by using the company ERP system (Odoo) for ordering and financial activities
• Maintain the floor plan and delivery & installation management documents
• Technical physical work within own responsibility field
• Setup the installation & service hubs
• Customer care and support, educate users/customers
• Represent Zippsafe on the highest level and docs on customer satisfaction
• Acquire and manage spare parts orders in the ERP system (Odoo), ensure their shipments and availability
• Manage the system maintenance and replacement
• Establishing technical / engineering competence
• Support the firmware and software updates
• Support the distributors
• Support marketing team (pilot/tradeshow/event installations)
• Solve ad hoc problems on the site in a proactive manner

• Fluency in German and French
• English language skills (intermediate)
• Relevant working experience
• Familiarity with system maintenance and handson experience in similar technologies
• Organized and detailoriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and support
• Strong technical orientation and interest
• Valid EU driving licence

• Experience with Wi-Fi, LAN, and LTE Networks, TCP / IP, Port Management
• Understanding of onpremise and cloud IT infrastructures
• Experience with RFID technology
