As part of strengthening quality, our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Senior QC Microbiology Technician to work on microbiological control activities related to active substance, environmental monitoring, and utilities control. Take full responsibility for microbiological methods (Bioburden, LAL...), ensure critical review of data, and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects. The position is based in the north of the canton.Responsibilities:- Perform QC analyses for production (Bioburden, LAL) with a right-first-time execution and impeccable quality.- Conduct sampling and tests for environmental monitoring and utilities (PV, PNV, Bioburden, LAL, TOC), adhering strictly to GMP requirements, data integrity, safety rules, and internal quality standards.- Lead and execute microbiological method activities: critically execute, review protocols, challenge data, and propose scientifically relevant actions.- Serve as a technical reference on the performance and robustness of methods and support method transfers and the introduction of new products.- Ensure complete review of raw data, calculations, records, and manage events and non-conformities within deadlines.- Actively contribute to investigations (root cause analysis, CAPA).- Collaborate closely with Production, QA, Engineering, and participate in continuous improvement projects, maintaining and reviewing SOPs and QC documents.- Participate in change control activities, commissioning of new equipment, and management of consumables.Profile sought:- CFC in microbiology or equivalent higher education.- Minimum 5 years of experience in QC Microbiology in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment.- Mastery of Bioburden, LAL testing, environmental monitoring, and utilities control.- Experience in method transfer and excellent critical analysis capacity of data.- Proven experience in investigations and CAPA.- Autonomy, prioritization skills, and ability to propose solutions, along with team spirit and excellent communication skills.- Fluent in French and professional level in English.- Proficient with office tools. jid6af4910aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
