Join us

As a core member of the Nordics Corporate Banking team you will:

Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients, the industries in which they operate and how the bank helps support both their growth aspirations and day-to-day banking requirements
Structure, prepare and deliver content led presentations
Development of client specific analysis (e.g. capital structure, credit ratings analysis and acquisition financing) including detailed financial models and analytical materials
Develop core credit skills including learning how to calculate, prepare and interpret key financial metrics
Work on the live execution of transactions including gaining familiarity with the legal and ESG documentation aspects of various debt instruments and directly engaging with clients
Support on analysis, Due Diligence and elaboration of relevant Memos required for internal Business, Credit and Compliance approvals
Work closely with Investment Banking teams on client coverage and and origination.
Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
Ambitious, with a desire to learn and succeed
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Capable of working effectively both independently and with multiple teams/individuals
Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under time pressure
Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required
Proficient level of MS Excel and PowerPoint Educated to a degree level; background does not have to be in finance / economics

Skills that will help:

Fluency in English is essential and a second language from one of the Nordics countries would be a plus but is not required
Experience at another US investment bank or major Nordic investment bank would be preferable.
