Who are we
Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a leading global lease acquisition company in the Telco business.
TIP has two key shareholders:
InfraBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, that combined have more than CHF 260 bn in assets under their management.
TIP is based in London and operate on 3 continents, distributed over 16 countries, and we currently employ app. 250 worldwide.
We are starting up a new entity in Switzerland and we are looking for our first employees to drive TIPs continued success.

Your profile
You must be able to work independently and be motivated in driving your own business, which is on the road, meeting potential clients.
You will be supported by a local Swiss law firm, that will prepare legal documents and assist with all legal matters.
To be successful in this role you must have several years of experience meeting customers face-to-face, and where the keywords in your job description have been negotiating and sales.
Working for TIP will make you an expert in telecommunication, leases and negotiating, and you will be able to independently advise clients on risk and investments within the area of lease aggregation.
We seek to build a team of both lease negotiators and leaders, so depending on your background and ambitions there are several opportunities to be a key-driver in the building of our Swiss entity.
Qualifications and experience
- Fluent in German, French or Italian
- Fluent in English
- A minimum 5 years of experience in sales and negotiating facetoface with clients/customer either B2C or B2B
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM
- Knowledge or experience in investment or advising in investments is a benefit not a requirement
- Residing in Switzerland
- Access to a car
