In addition to our Swiss locations, around employees work at several production and engineering sites and over 70 service locations in Europe, North America and North Africa.

Stadler Signalling is the center of competence for Signalling technology and digitalization in the Stadler Group with multiple sites in Switzerland and Germany.

Our highly qualified teams work in the area of automated train operation (ATO), train control system (ETCS) and driverless metro trains (CBTC) and electronical interlocking (ESTW) to develop our solutions further.

YOUR TASKS
Our Trainee Program lasts in total 18 months.

Within this period, you will work in four different departments for 3-6 months each:


  • Project Management: You will manage subprojects in a prioritized and structured manner as a Junior Commercial Project Leader top familiarize yourself with Stadler's project management tools.
  • Finance: You will get to know the role of CFO within the division and understand the steering and reporting tools.
  • Sales: You will work with bids to understand the sales process, get to know the sales calculations and build up a basic knowhow of our customer base and their needs.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or similar
  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn and to go the extra mile
  • A large amount of commitment and high selfinitiative
  • Passionate about what we do
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • The start date is ideally September 202
