Description:


This role is responsible for:


  • Consult with Clevel executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprisewide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner's products and services
  • Account management with outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & account growth using Gartner's best practices
  • Quota responsibility aligned with specific accounts
  • Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Indepth knowledge of Gartner's products and services

Job Requirements:


  • 35 years external direct sales experience, preferably in selling ITsolutions (services, software or hardware) for manufacturing & retail clients with 1 Billion+ turnover / year
  • Ability to prospect and manage Clevel and senior level relationships within large multinational organizations
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Bachelors degree, Masters or advanced degree a plus
