Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Application Responsible & Implementation Champion for SaaS Trading.

Main responsibilities

As an Application Responsible you act as enabler, and you play a relevant role in our exciting journey.
You will be responsible to accomplish all trailblazer tasks to connect the SaaS solutions to our client's environment

Those tasks may be:

Alignment with the InfoSec department, and elaboration of solution blueprint (with IT architects), security concepts, interface specifications, disaster recovery concepts and finally system documentation.

During the implementation phases you will assure the sustainable setup of the connectivity to the SaaS solution in collaboration with the partner firms, you will perform tests and will assure, that the interfaces meet our client's standards and highquality requirements. Context of the interfaces is orderrouting, trade processing of exchange traded equities (shares, bonds, ETFs, ) as well as processing of RfQs (Request for Quote).
You will be collaborating with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master and squadbuddies, the solution provider and our "Central IT" colleagues (network engineers, security engineers, infrastructure, host system, etc)
Moving forward, you will be accountable for "Run the bank", which concludes monitoring, failover tests (BCM), regular improvements, lifecycle management, etc.
The solution will be audited on a regular basis, and you will be responsible that our solution complies with the bank's standards and regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, you will be involved in the implementation of business logic into the SaaS solution for Execution Management and Fixed Income/FX Trading.

Your skills:

5 years experience in a similar Name, Departmentposition in trading/banking IT.
Advanced knowhow of orders and trades, financial instruments and the FIX protocol. Preferably you gained those skills on an Execution Management System.
IT Architecture, security and network skills.
Elaboration of IT concepts, specification and documentation
Partnering with SaaS solution firms
Good, open communicator
Fluent in both German & English
