Job description:
- Manage retail construction projects and activities throughout all building phases, from concept to hand over
- Establish and control construction administrative documents e.g. cost controls, contracts, insurances and time schedules
- Manage building permits and approvals
- Lead external architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and local Swatch Group PM team
- Manage construction close out, punch list and coordinate the hand over to retail operations
- Review design and construction drawings and documents
- Follow up maintenance
- Administrate retail brand construction guideline, samples and materials
- Follow up of owner vendor supplies from concepts, developments, orders, manufacturing and deliveries
- Coordinate the integration of the Group intern IT & security specifications and standards
- Manage and oversee wholesale and shopinshop installations
Profile:
- Architect / Interior Architect with Technician degree
- Architectural draftsman or interior draftsman degree
- Knowledge of construction project management and process flow
- Assertiveness, negotiating skills, cost awareness
- Ability to work under pressure, team player, flexibility
- Wellfounded PC user skills (MS Office programs / MS Project / CAD)
- Mobility / willingness to travel (domestic and abroad)
Professional requirements:
- Experienced in luxury retail
Languages:
- English a must, French and/or German
