- Supporting the Group Legal & Compliance Team in administrative matters
- Filing of contracts on Zühlke's electronic system (including filtering out the most important clauses).
- Archiving of physical contracts
- Creating Powerpoint presentations
- Managing (creating, formatting and keeping up-to-date) contract templates and policies on Zühlke's document management platform and Sharepoint site
- Answering questions regarding tools and administrative matters
- Registration of changes in the commercial register(s)
- Setting up legal training courses
- Researching on legal & compliance topics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Sound technical understanding, affinity for technology
- Careful and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Helpful, communicative and reliable personality
- Legal knowledge and experience in project management desirable.
