You are analytically strong, work efficiently and professionally and can juggle the different project tasks and deadlines optimally.

As a start, you will be fully responsible for the further development and product maintenance of recently launched "Freestyle handsfree" breast pump.

Your role

Execute and manage complex global R&D hypercare phase and product lifecycle management projects to ensure the continuous development of existing products as well as market expansions
Discuss and Elaborate scenarios for post market product development according to product lifecycle and to the idea to market process
Planning of available budget and full time equivalents (resources) according to the project roadmap
Facilitate close collaboration between Swiss, US and Chinese R&D organizations, internal and external development partners
Align global and local projects to secure successful line extensions and/or market expansions: making sure dependencies are captured and accounted for and that synergies are exploited
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs and liaise with various functions in the organization
Contribute to hypercare phase and product lifecycle process excellence by always having the internal or external customer in mind and understanding the industry environment and challenges

Profile:

Bachelor or Master studies in Engineering (mechanical / electrical / systems engineering, information technology / mechatronics) or natural science (chemistry, biology, human health or similar)
Experience working in an R&D or Operations project, ideally in a highly regulated industry and preferably medical devices (Between 6 month internship and around 3 years in a permanent position)
Theoretical knowledge of design control processes, good understanding of operational processes (Supply Chain, Production, Production Engineering etc)
Eager to work in a very dynamic, fast changing and agile environment
Cooperative and eager to learn person who always keeps a cool head
Fluent in English, German is an asset
