This is an exciting opportunity to join our global multidisciplinary UX Studios within our Building Products Business Unit and cross-functional teams to advocate the needs of the user, shaping our next generation products.

As a Team Lead UX Design, you will be instrumental guiding our UX team with generating innovative and high-quality design outputs for large-scale projects.

Your new responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary UX team across multiple initiatives for our building B2B products and solutions
  • Collaborate with the crossfunctional leadership team to understand requirements, contribute with user insights, and make strategical and operational informed decisions
  • Guide and motivate the UX team to challenge the status quo and build innovative solutions
  • Oversee the UX teams' outcomes and ensure the compliance with quality guidelines
  • Evaluate the UX team efforts, timeframe and needs to plan and organize their work
  • Support the team to meet overall business goals and measure their impact
  • Help grow our inclusive UX team culture with your unique personality

What we look for

  • Degree in design (e.g., product, interaction, visual communications, etc.), humancomputer interaction or related field such as applied social science
  • 3+ years of leading UX design teams and largescale projects, preferable in a B2B technology environment
  • Strong portfolio of UX work demonstrating user centric methodologies, strategic and operational initiatives
  • Deep understanding of design fields, usercentered design practice and process and experienced in making decisions based on impact to users
  • Used to working with agile UX approaches; familiarity with a SAFe environment is an advantage
  • Experienced in working with crossfunctional product development teams, leading workshops, and design sprints
  • You feel comfortable in representing outcomes to executive team members, clearly articulate your vision, design decisions, goals and concepts to influence business strategies
  • You are a trustful and reliable nature with strong organizational skills, handson mentality, and team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Basic German or any other European language would be an advantage
