Manager Strategy & Special Projects % (w/m/d)

You're going to take a key role in these main areas:

Leads the Burckhardt Compression strategy and Mid-Range Plan (MRP) process
Structuring and leading the Program Management Office
Highlights potential issues in MRP progress to the Executive Management, supports workstreams and initiative leaders in issue management and crossalignment.
Leads the Groups M&A portfolio (scouting, assessment) and leads or supports M&A projects (e.g. evaluation, due diligence, integration etc.)
Lead or support special corporate projects (e.g. substrategies, new technology adaptions such as AI, etc.)
Prepare and lead strategic workshops together with the CEO
Support CEO for the preparation of various internal and external presentations

Your knowledge, experience and skills

Bachelor or master's in engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in one or several topics is of advantage
Intercompany network and broad knowledge of Burckhardt Compression's business activities are of advantage
Working experience in a industrial/technical environment is of advantage

Your Personality

High degree of autonomy, pragmatism and a 'can do' attitude
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & slides
Ability to influence and drive results within a global matrix
Openminded with ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic business environments
Fluency in English
Willingness to travel (20%30%)
