Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry.

You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank.

The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

Academic requirements:
Recently completed bachelor's, master's or PhD degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility


As a member of the Performance Management team, you take responsibility for providing high-quality performance reporting and analytics for the Global EAM Business Area within the Wealth Management Division, an international BA offering dedicated expertise to independent financial advisors, (institutional) independent asset managers, multi-family offices, and fund managers.

You will closely interact and collaborate with the Business Area's management team, client-facing Market Areas as well as divisional stakeholders.

You will directly contribute to the accurate, timely and meaningful measurement of the performance of various levels of the Business Area.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on business management tasks, as part of the wider Global EAM Management Office team.

By working on multiple topics and across functional lines, you will build up your network within the Business Area and the Division.

Your qualifications and skills

You have:

  • Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Finance, Management or Economics
  • The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a technological, solutionfocused mindset and strong numerical / Excel skills
  • Fluent English; a solid working knowledge of German would be advantageous
  • A high standard of work and ability to take lastminute schedule changes in your stride
  • A clientfocused approach you are a dedicated, selfmotivated, trustworthy teammate
  • A commitment to service alongside effective communication skills and a keen attention to details
  • A willingness to go the extra mile
