The B2B Customer Service provides operational support to Amazon clients as a key point of contact between customer and internal departments contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth execution of operational process.Responsibilities
- Support the full order lifecycle: set up the flow of material needed for sales campaign collect from all departments involved all necessary articles details handle order entry monitor that all orders are uploaded into system within given deadlines confirmation follow-up shipment overview.
- Monitor deliveries proactively handle issues related delays shortages discrepancies.
- Support invoicing processes credit notes payment follow-ups in coordination Finance.
- Handle returns claims defective goods line company policies.
