- Declaration of infrastructure components in Terraform for Oracle, GPC, AWS, MS Azure and the private cloud of our service provider.
- Use of current technologies and tools for continuous improvement and automation of system operation.
- Set-up, operation, monitoring and maintenance of the systems for the realization of the offered services.
- Assumption of tasks within the ITSM lifecycle, especially in performance, service, change, asset, incident and problem management.
- Participation in on-call duties.
- Computer science degree or successfully completed training in the IT field or comparable professional experience.
- Good Linux and Windows knowledge
- Basic understanding of network protocols and architectures (TCP/IP, MPLS, peering, hub & spoke).
- Practical experience with at least one cloud provider (Oracle is preferred).
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform, git).
- Strong experience with CI/CD.
- Basic knowledge of software development.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Fun and enthusiasm.
- Very good English skills.
- Interest for the banking business.
